Currently programming a user interface for a microscopy system using Visual Basics 2010. Controls, communicates and studies the performance of the microscopy system.

I have been using dotnetwinpcap to use WinPcap in my VB.net program. However I find that I cannot decipher the results into something comparable to what Ethereal gives me in its "Packet Bytes" window.

Does anyone know where I could download a decompiler at? All I need is a trial version of one, or a free one. I'm trying to see what the source code is on a VB.Net program that I got from a website.
